OUR STORY
From a Prestigious Corporate Life in Switzerland to a Food Forest Haven in Quezon, Palawan

Our journey began in Switzerland, where our love for the beauty of nature and its preservation deepened. For over 20 years, I thrived in the luxury watch industry, crafting global marketing campaigns and events, while my husband, Stephan, built a career in telecommunications both in Germany and in Switzerland. Despite our achievements, we developed a longingness for a life with a profound connection to nature. Together, we envisioned a place where true luxury is found in recharging, reconnecting, and reviving the soul.

This vision blossomed into Paruparong Bughaw, named after the blue butterfly pea flower. Celebrated for its health benefits and as a symbol of resilience, transformation, and harmony, this flower embodies our purpose. At Paruparong Bughaw, we are devoted to cultivating a thriving food forest, championing natural lifestyle choices, and nurturing respect and care for the environment.

We lovingly dedicate Paruparong Bughaw to my late parents, Roosevelt and Belen Nombrado, who have been an integral part of the vision and planning. Their unwavering spiritual support and encouragement have been our greatest cheerleaders every step of the way.
